Raven’s Nest Handmade Gifts is my small business. I design, knit and weave fiber crafts featuring ancient Native designs that are rarely seen or used. I knit and weave my crafts with hand dyed yarns, and sustainable blend yarns, for crafts that have a more contemporary look and made to be more appealing to the general public. Since they are made with the general public in mind, that in turn helps my Native cultures’ art to stay “alive” by having more potential to be purchased. Each person who purchases one of my crafts is told the meanings and story behind the designs and told that their voice is now added to the art’s story.
